Does not work

If I could give less than 1 I would.

Since the app developer does not have contact information on their website I have to use the review. I have an iPad 2 with iOS 7.1.2 and the app does not appear on my iPad nor am I able to open in the App Store after I purchased. No problem with taking my $5.
